For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to RSD Coherence, LLC include P.O. Box 445, Villanova, PA 19085 and www.beccadixon.com, an e-commerce site (the “Site”). By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, RSD Coherence, LLC may collect personally identifiable information, such as:

• First and Last Name
• Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Date of Birth (if a reading is purchased)
• Time of Birth (if a reading is purchased)
• Location of Birth (if a reading is purchased)

If you purchase RSD Coherence, LLC’s products and services, billing and credit card information may also be collected to complete the purchase transaction.

RSD Coherence, LLC does not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information when you elect to use/purchase certain products or services. These may include:

• Purchasing a reading service
• Sending us an email message
• Signing up to receive emails
• Submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services.

To wit, RSD Coherence, LLC will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relations to services and/or products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

RSD Coherence, LLC may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within the Site in order to determine what services or products are the most popular. From time-to-time RSD Coherence, LLC may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
